3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
3.1. Southern Tasmania: Free delivery is available for shops located in Southern Tasmania.
3.2. Other Locations: Customers outside of Southern Tasmania will be charged a small flat-rate shipping fee.
3.3. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and courier services. Nebula Needles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.
4.1. We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
4.2. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened products unless faulty.
4.3. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after we have inspected and confirmed the issue with the returned product.
4.4. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5.1. Nebula Needles is not liable for any misuse of our products. All tattooing supplies must be used by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards.
5.2. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or complications arising from the use of our products. Customers are advised to follow proper safety procedures.
